Terms of Trade

We endeaver to assist our customers in any way we can. If you would like to speak to a representative prior to purchase please give us a call.

Compatibility- The Diesel Key will be supplied subject to you checking the Vehicle Types Page prior to ordering to ensure compatibility. Ordering for a vehicle that is NOT within our Vehicle Types Page will become void and not covered by the item warranty. You should ensure your vehicle is listed prior to ordering or please contact our customer services team prior to ordering.

Postage- We will post on day of purchase up to 2pm. After 2pm all Diesel Keys will be posted Next Day. All postage will be insured against loss and covered via insurance for damage in transit etc. Diesel Keys can be tracked by sending an e-mail to tracking@postaldirect.co.uk

Returns- A returns Number MUST be supplied prior to returning a Diesel Key. All Diesel Keys ordered incorrectly due to not checking our Vehicle compatibility list or contacting us will be subject to a handling charge of 15%. All returns are the responsibility of the customer- you should ensure that you return the Diesel Key with a reputable postal company and insured. All return postage is payable by the customer.

Payment- All payments are via Paypal 168-Bit Encryption or cheque. All cheques should be posted to- Mr Peter ioannou, 45 Coulport Close, Knotty Ash, Liverpool, L14 2EL.

Warranty- all Diesel Keys have 36-Months cover or until the Vehicle is sold.
